After fermentation is completed, the pressed off grape skins are brought to the legendary Signor Nannoni in Paganico who distills our grappa. The result is surprisingly mild and fruity.

Along with the normal Grappa, we also have a Grappa Riserva which is aged in barriques for 18 months.
